To that end, we harness the creativity of Chef Jody Adams and the professional planning expertise of Special Events Manager Annie Sarkis to execute each and every event.
We offer private spaces, ideal for wedding receptions, business meetings, recruiting events, celebratory parties and more. From events of 10 to 250 guests, we have a space that’s perfect for you. We are available for both lunch and dinner events; we look forward to working with you to make your occasion truly special.
Rialto’s Parker Room is ideal for both private receptions and seated dinners. The floor-to-ceiling windows overlook the heart of Harvard Square while glass and wood framed doors open onto the main dining room, so guests enjoy both the visual energy of the restaurant and the intimacy of the private space. Curved banquettes, recessed lighting and delicate floor-to-ceiling curtains add to the warm, inviting room.

The Francis Room at Rialto is a cozy space; it’s chocolate-colored fabric paneled walls are home to two multi-media paintings by local artist, Catherine Kernan. With glass doors that open onto the main dining room, guests enjoy both the visual energy of the restaurant and the intimacy of the private space.

The Francis and Parker rooms can be combined into two spaces for seated dinners up to 100 guests.
Overlooking the heart of Harvard Square, Rialto’s Main Dining Room can be combined with the Francis and Parker Room to accommodate up to 150 guests for seated dinners; 250 guests for a reception. Curved banquettes, recessed lighting, and delicate floor-to-ceiling curtains welcome guests to linger over award-winning food and wonderful company.

James Beard award-winning chef Jody Adams creates menus with the focus of regional Italian cuisine. Prepared from the finest local New England ingredients the kitchen turns it’s focus to a new region and menu every two months. Rialto’s award-winning wine list includes a range of classic wines, new world and old world with an emphasis on Italian wine. We aim to keep the wine list at Rialto fresh and vibrant with the regular addition of exclusive wines as well as a unique selection of champagnes and sparkling wines. Our wine director provides expert advice on pairing wine with food and creating signature cocktails. We also have a selection of artisinal beers.
