Cooking Classes Are Back:
A LIGURIAN FEAST;COOKING FROM THE ITALIAN RIVIERA
JULY 12, 2015
Classes take place from 11am – 2:30pm in Rialto. We begin the day with coffee and scones in the bar & lounge before heading into the dining room where Chef Jody Adams leads a cooking demonstration. The demonstration is followed by a multi-course lunch, featuring the days recipes, with expertly paired wines. Guests receive a packet of recipes.
