Desktop48Join us at Rialto for an Italian picnic alfresco this summer; an ongoing outdoor dinner series that takes place on the Rialto terrace highlighting some of New England’s most celebrated seasonal ingredients. Our chefs are bringing out the charcoal grill for the occasion, where they’ll cook in front of guests and interact throughout the evening. Each month brings a different theme; in June we’re working with whole animal preparation featuring LAMB (Nose to Tail), in July we turn our attention to seafood (Gill to Fin), and in August we switch focus to late summer veggies (Root to Shoot).

THURSDAY, AUGUST 7 AT 6:30PM on the Rialto Terrace

For the final installment of our outdoor dinner series we’re celebrating New England’s summer bounty! Join Chef Brian Rae on the Rialto Terrace as he fires up the grill to prepare a multi-course tasting menu for guests, while chatting and answering questions throughout the evening.

Beverage Director, Young Won, is teaming up with Bonnie’s Jams for the occasion; together they will present creative “jam-tail” pairings throughout the evening.
