Nov 6: Wine Dinner with Fabrizia Lanza


Join us as we welcome Sicilian chef and cookbook author
Fabrizia Lanza of Anna Tasca Lanza cooking school
for an intimate cooking demonstration and wine dinner.


Wednesday, November 6 at 6pm

Dinner features dishes from Lanza’s book “Coming Home To Sicily” with wine pairings from their family-run winery, Tasca D’Almerita. Located on the hills of Regaleali, it is known for it’s wide selection of wines produced in light of local varieties, terroir and international research. Throughout the evening Chef Lanza will demonstrate her Semolina Focaccia with black olives and rosemary. Cookbooks will be available for sale from Harvard Book Store.

Tickets are $125 (inclusive of tax & gratuity)
